Community Living Well

Community Living Well is a service for people aged 16 and over who need support with their mental health and are registered with a GP in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, or the Queen’s Park and Paddington areas of Westminster.

Community Living Well offer a wide range of clinical and wellbeing services including: self help guidance, peer support, employment support, help navigating the housing and benefits systems, specialist support from mental health nurses, pscyhological therapies and mother tongue counselling.

There are three Community Living Well hubs, one for the north of the borough and two for the south. Here are the details for the North Hub. If you live in the south please visit the Community Living Well website for more details.
