OCD Action is a national charity which provides support and information to anybody affected by OCD, works to raise awareness of the disorder amongst the public and front-line healthcare workers, and strives to secure a better deal for people with OCD.
OCD Action has various services:
- Direct support and information through their confidential Helpline and Email Service
- An advocacy service for adults with a diagnosis of OCD or BDD. Advocacy support can be provided via telephone, email, or face-to-face where volunteers are available.
- Peer-led and professional-led support groups via skype/telephone and in various locations around the country. Details of all groups can be found on their website.
