The Second Half Centre (located in St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing) aims to get members of the over 50s community together doing things they enjoy in a dedicated space: bridging the digital divide, learning new skills to get back to work, rediscovering the pleasures of old hobbies and finding new ones, exercising, and feeling involved through volunteering, mentoring and teaching.
They hold over 60 hours of activities and classes each week, including various exercise classes (zumba, pilates, yoga, etc.), arts classes, cooking, IT skills and more.
Membership is free.
