Smart Works support unemployed women who have a confirmed upcoming job interview. They provide a free 2 part support service: a styling session and interview coaching. The outfits they provide are stylish, brand new or nearly new, professional and appropriate for all ages, shapes and sizes. Their interview coaching is 1 hour of bespoke 1-1 advice from a professional interview coach.
It is never too late to ask for support if you have an upcoming job interview – they do their very best to support any woman even if it’s short notice.
Appointments are made by referral only. Referrals can come from other professionals who are supporting your wellbeing and/or employment goals, including staff at Jobcentre Plus, work programme providers and charities.
