NOVA is a charitable organisation that supports disadvantaged people to find employment, for example those who have missed out on educational opportunities, women returning to work, long-term unemployed people, minority ethnic groups, and migrant and refugee communities.
NOVA run English, Maths, IT and employability courses to upskill people, and also run a free Information, Advice and Guidance service for people who need support to find work, voluntary placements or training. Their service includes 1-1 support, workshops in CV writing, interview skills, and job searching, links to local employers, access to computers, and more.
They also run a wider community programme which includes social activities to unite and strengthen the community.
