Brent Talking Therapies

Brent Talking Therapies is a free, confidential NHS service which provides psychological treatment for depression and anxiety disorders.

Talking Therapies and counselling services are suitable for people with problems which have arisen fairly recently.  Feelings of low mood, anxiety, particular fears or problems coping with daily life and relationships, are all suitable for brief focussed talking therapies.

You can refer yourself to the service by phoning 020 8206 3924 or online by visiting the CNWL Talking Therapies Service website.

A referral can also be made by a GP or any health or social care professional.
