The Sarah Agnes Foundation (SAF) is a mental health charity dedicated to improving the wellbeing of families in local communities. Its health led vision seeks to support, strengthen and sustain secure family relationships. 

It offers affordable counselling/psychotherapy and free workshops for both adults and children, couples, and whole families, in various locations across London and surrounding areas. 

SAF is an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to its ethical framework.
