Chelsea Youth Club is a community-based youth club located on the Worlds End Estate. The main aims of the club are to work with local disadvantaged and socially excluded young people (aged 11-19) to help improve their self-confidence and increase their opportunities.
They connect with young people through a variety of methods and settings, that enable them to maximise their life chances and personal development goals. They do this by assessing young people’s needs through surveys, user forums and outreach programmes, and then deliver projects and programmes to meet these needs.
