No Panic is a charity which helps people who suffer from panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders and other related anxiety disorders, including those people who are trying to give up tranquillizers, and their carers.
All support is provided over the phone. Services include a confidential helpline for both adults and young people, telephone recovery groups and programmes, telephone therapy, literature, information and advice, and more.
