The West London Buddhist Centre is a meeting place for Buddhists and all those interested in Buddhist practices and meditation.
They run courses in Buddhism, meditation and yoga, organise retreats and arts events, offer complementary therapies, and have a library and book shop.
Lunchtime drop-in meditation classes for beginners and those with some experience of meditation run on weekday lunchtimes from 1pm - 2pm, Saturdays from 10am-12 and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30.
If you are attending a meditation class to help with a mental health condition, please talk to the tutor before the session to discuss your needs.
