Young Minds is the national charity committed to improving the mental health of all children and young people. Their info line for parents or anyone supporting young children with mental health needs is: 0808 802 5544.

Opening hours for this Freephone service are Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

They also provice a free 24 hour text service for young people in need of urgent help. Simply text YM to 85258
