Kooth

Kooth provides free online counselling and mental health support for young people aged 11-18, accessible through any connected device (computer, phone, tablet etc). In addition to 1-1 counselling, you can access articles written by other young people, join an online support community and keep a daily journal.

Kooth is there to support young people with whatever problems they may be facing. There is no cost or waiting list, no referral is required, and you can use the service anonymously. 

Counsellors are online 365 days a year, from 12pm-10pm on weekdays and 6pm-10pm on weekends.

Kooth is a BACP accredited service.
