Switchboard - LGBT+ Helpline

At Switchboard we provide an information, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men and bisexual and trans people – and anyone considering issues around their sexuality and/or gender identity. We are confidential, welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental.

The helpline operates from 10am to 10pm seven days a week, 52 weeks a year. The helpline number is 0300 330 0630. The rate is the same as for local calls, even from mobiles, and the number is included in both landline and mobile bundles.

Switchboard also offers an instant messaging service via our website (www.switchboard.lgbt) and e-mail support (chris@switchboard.lgbt).
