Housing and Homelessness Assessment Team

The Housing and Homelessness Assessment Team asses the entitlement to housing for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.

They also provide general housing advice and information for private and council tenants and homeless people and may make referrals to Supporting People funded and other supported housing projects.
